 ConceptFatiha Education Society's concept of providing education is to include and tune all the factors which influence a child's development. In this concept, not only the child goes to the school but the parents and teachers are also provided constant training to enrich the child's learning experience.
Parents
Home is the first school of any child and parents are the first teachers. The child picks up habits and thinking process not only through what is taught by parents but also by observing their parents actions. Human being tend to imitate and first model for behavior for any child is his/her parents.
Fatiha Education Society plans to conduct regular parent education series programs. These will consist of spiritual awareness sessions with our schalars on hand and parenting tips from modern educationalists on the other hand.
School and Teachers
School plays a central part in personality development in early ages. Careful design of school environment, exceptional training of teachers, constant review of education methods and a well rounded curriculum are necessary ingredients for an ideal school. Fatiha Education Society plans to develop educational and spiritual courses for teachers. These courses will be delivered on a regular basis and as part of teachers' mandatory trainings. The objective is to constantly improve teaching methods and work towards making teachera a model for students.
Friends
Friends have direct influence on a child's development. They share common interests and they learn from each other's experience. Friends of a child need to be carefully selected. He/She can either pick up bad habits and practices from his/her friends or learn useful things.
Books
Books are also vitally important in building the thought process of a child. The books are sometimes more powerful than the visual media because these tend to stretch the child's imagination. Books with healthy and thought-provoking material can develop child's understanding of this world and environment surrounding them. Fatiha Educaiton Society plans to provide carefully selected books in class library.
Television and Media
In modern times, this is perhaps the single most important factor which effects the child's personality. The child's brain picks up messages from the television and these messages tend to stay in his/her memory longer than most other information. Similarly, movies, internet and video games also play a very prominent role in developing a child's personality. We plan to assist parents in careful selection of media for their childern.
